Our Story

We believe every nurse deserves a global career.

Global Nurse Mentor was built on one conviction: nursing talent knows no borders. We are here to help internationally educated nurses navigate the path to practice in the US and Canada — countries where NCLEX-RN and REx-PN licensure open the door to world-class nursing careers.

The Big Picture

A world-class nurse shortage.
A generation of skilled nurses waiting for a door to open.

Countries like the US and Canada are actively looking for qualified nurses. At the same time, thousands of talented nursing graduates from India and South Asia are held back by complex licensing processes, credential barriers, and a lack of honest guidance.

We exist to close that gap. Not as an agent. Not as a coaching factory. But as a mentor who has walked the same road — and made it to the other side.

Why We Started

“I made it. Now I'm building the roadmap so you can too.”

Our mentor is a clinical nurse manager working in Canada. Having navigated every step of the international transition — credential evaluation, licensing exams, cultural adjustment, and career progression — this journey is personal.

What we noticed was a painful lack of real, structured, unbiased guidance for nurses who wanted to go global. Most information is scattered, outdated, or sold by people who've never done it themselves.

Global Nurse Mentor was built to change that — from Canada, for nurses everywhere.
